Percy Dread Rastafari at it’s core
Natural Ites formed in 1981, a vocal trio of Percy Dread, Ossie samms aka Ossie gad and Neil foster heading a changing line up of instrumentalists and players known as the Realistics. Their hit song In My House first aired in 1982 and became a positive anthem for many Rastafarians worldwide. They were well known and loved in the eighties and briefly reformed in 2001.
Percy Dread continues to perform his material live. He tours throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. His debut solo album Upside Downside is reggae roots drawing on contemporary sounds with Rastafarianism as its spiritual core.
