Eddy Grant British Reggae Artist
Eddy Grant aka Edmond Montague veteran British reggae singer, musician and songwriter was born in Guyana in 1948. He moved to London when he was a child. He had his first hit in 1968 as lead guitarist of The Equals with the song Baby Come Back. He later left this band to pursue a solo career. Eddy started his own recording studio Coach House and label Ice Records. Some of his greatest hit songs include Electric Avenue, Living on the Frontline, Joanna and I Dont Wanna Dance.Eddie Grant is still touring the world today as of 2012.
