Jamaican Reggae Legend Cornel Campbell

Cornel Campbell was born in the forties in Kingston Jamaica and recorded with Studio one in the sixties and Bunny Lee in the seventies singing Lovers Rock. His sweet falsetto voice conveyed frustration, soul, and despair. Like many other reggae artists, his singing career began in the church. The Eternals were formed with Ken Price and Errol Wisdom and favorites like ‘Queen of the Mistrel’ and ‘Stars’ recorded. In 2001 ‘King in My Empire’ featuring Cornel Campbell was released by Rhythm and Sound. Cornel Campbell Digital Downloads
