Buju Banton Reggae Artist was born in Salt Lane Kingston in 1973. Buju Banton converted to Rastafarianism and revolutionized dancehall by bringing live instrumentation and the social consciousness of classic roots reggae into it.A direct descendent of the freedom fighters known as the Maroons, he started to deejay at just thirteen.
